The Marketplace is controlled by ORED SMART MARKETING - SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C., incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, address: Abu Dhabi City, United Arab Emirates. Through your use of the Marketplace, you acknowledge that the processing of such information shall be undertaken in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this page without notifying you. The changes will be effective on the day they are posted. By accessing the Marketplace and/or placing an Order (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) you agree that you accept the changes.

1. The type of personal information we collect

1.1. Customer, Shop, and Driver Information that includes information relating to any purchases of goods and/or services such as your name, billing address, delivery and email addresses, phone number, contact details, geographical and location data, purchase details, and your card details. We process this information to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased. We need such information for the performance of a contract between you as a Consumer, Shop, or Driver (as defined in the Terms and Conditions).

1.2. Communication Information includes any communication that you send to us. We process this information for the purposes of communicating with you.

1.3 Analytical Information that includes information about how you use our Marketplace.

2. Cookies policy

We may process information about your device, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type. You may decline cookies in the setting on your browser but it may happen that some of the functionality may be unable to access certain parts of the Marketplace.

3. How we get the personal information and why we have it

We collect personal information directly from you or automatically collect information from you as you use our Marketplace by using cookies and similar technologies. We also may receive information from third parties such as analytics providers, advertising networks, search information providers, and providers of technology.
We use the information that you have given us in order to deliver, provide, and guarantee our Services (as defined in the Terms and Conditions). We may share the information with third parties to assist with delivering, providing and guaranteeing our Services.

Your information is securely stored in the United Arab Emirates and accessible only by authorized employees. Your personal information may be stored outside the UAE by the cloud storage company we use. We will take all necessary measures to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and confidentially. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Shops and Driver and you shall read their privacy policies before ordering.

We may have to share your personal information with the parties set out below:

• Service providers who provide IT, cloud, and system administration services,
• Consumers, Shops, or Drivers when it is necessary for the provision of the Services,
• State and municipal bodies that require us to report processing activities,
• Third parties to whom we sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets

6. Security

We have put in place security and organizational measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorization. We use different hardware and software measures and programs to ensure privacy, data privacy, and security. You shall be aware that any piece of personal information that is disclosed on the Marketplace may be used by third parties for the actions of which we shall not be responsible.

We allow access to your personal information only to those employees and partners who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they will keep it confidential.

You acknowledge that no data transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure and there may be risks. You are responsible for your login information and password. You shall keep them confidential.

You have the right of access to your personal information and receive an electronic copy of it by contacting us according to cases provided by law at the fee rate (if applicable) defined by us.

8. Advertisement

You may see advertisements on the Marketplace. The advertisements are displayed by third parties, such as advertisers and other advertisement providers. Such third parties may collect information about you and your online behavior via our Marketplace or other third party websites, using such technologies as cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to understand your interest and display advertisements to you according to your interests. We do not control and do not have access to the information that such third parties may collect and use. You shall read the privacy policies of the third parties and we may not be responsible for their processing of your personal information.

9. Translations of the Privacy Policy

The governing language of the Privacy Policy and any communications and documents related to the Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified, shall be Arabic. If translations hereof are made for reference purposes, only the Arabic original shall have the effect and such translations shall have no effect.
